I’m a licensed dental hygienist with over 21 years of clinical experience, known for my professionalism, compassionate communication style, and leadership within the dental community. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about mentoring both new graduates and experienced hygienists—helping them navigate the challenges of patient communication, difficult workplace dynamics, and long-term professional growth.

So, how did I get here?

Early in my career, I was fortunate to work for a dentist who truly believed in me and invested heavily in my professional development. His office motto was, “If you’re not growing, you’re dying,” and I took that to heart. By my seventh year as an RDH, I had already been coached by eight of the leading dental hygiene and practice management consultants in the country. Those experiences shaped the foundation of my unique approach to communication and problem-solving—practical, down-to-earth, and incredibly effective.

I’ve walked through the tough days—the challenging patients, the tense office conversations, and those moments of self-doubt. I’ve been the new grad searching for guidance and the seasoned RDH who still reflects on tough situations, always wondering how I could grow from them. Through it all, I’ve developed a strong voice, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for helping other hygienists do the same.
